Catherine Howard retired from teaching English and Gifted Education and being advisor of The Bulldog Bulletin student newspaper at Lakeview High School in 2015. She has served the Newton Falls Church of God as secretary/treasurer since 2016. She teaches adult and children's Christian education classes. She earned a bachelor's degree in Arts and Sciences and a master's degree in gifted education from Youngstown State University. Her favorite scripture is "Nothing can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus" Romans 8:38. She is guided by the scripture "For even the Son of Man came not to be ministered unto but to minister" in her service to others. Catherine is the parent of three sons and grandparent to 6 boys, 3 girls. Her husband, Timothy, has passed on to be with the Lord.
